Who We Are

Individually, we are Ethan and Emily. Ethan: a writer/marketer and Emily: an elementary school teacher. (More on us, individually, found in our initial blog post)

Together, we are "The Sauers", a married couple living in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with our four-year-old yellow lab, Hank. We epitomize the old adage "opposites attract" and we embrace each others' differences with open arms.

This Blog is inspired by perspective. More specifically, that perspective changes and shapes our lives in more ways than we can count. As mentioned, our personalities are often times on opposite ends of the spectrum. So our idea is to share our respective perspectives and share the real life that happens in between -- without the filters of facades or pretense of #couplegoals.
